| Kelly blew more than one stop sign in the 2+ hr video I saw - dam shame to have all that death over his ignorance & negligence & blatent disregard for the law. there will be more than one hell of a lawsuit & payday, as everything is on tape for hours and he was on the phone with a guy, so there's a living witness. TX laws are really lax about phones, etc... hell, you could even drink & drive when I first moved here ! Rick Perry vetoed a bill that banned texting and driving (taking away freedom, ya know) I wish cell phones were outlawed in cars while driving, the left lane on the freeways/toll roads here have turned into the cell phone lane, cuz they only need to pay attn to traffic on one side... hate the damned things, worse than drunk drivers |
