not gonna comment... i get they need to put in a flight plan... you'd think they could have gotten something in there but it worked in their favor they did not.

curious to see how Emily will be re-evaluated but guessing good govt jobs will give it a fast perusal and verify that it was briefly a tropical cyclone of some sort.
