I'm glad you are taking care of yourself- and that you have improved.

I too was headed down that flu road and my Dr prescribed Tamiflu.
You have to catch it early or that drug doesn't work( within 24 hrs of symptoms)

Even though I dodged the "bullet"-when I get chilled some joint aches show up again.

As you say- this is it something to ignore or put off.
