| The first column is for all named storms including hurricanes ,T storms & xtrop storms. The second row is all hurricanes including majors. The third row is only majors but the reason why the numbers are all over the place is "depending on which graphic you are looking at". Several cities actually are ranked lower for all named storms but higher for hurricanes only.
