Catastrophic flooding still to come with Florence

I was looking at some of the river forecasts. They are extreme.

To see what stations will expect to have flooding (if not already), if they have a forecast available:

Some rivers are forecast to rise 30 to 50 feet from where they are now. (looking at forecast option) In some of those areas they must not have development within that level, because they don't seem to indicate that would cause a lot of flooding of structures. But in some areas, the rivers are forecast to obviously flood homes, some forecast to be at record levels. I'm not familiar with the topography, I'm just going by what some of the "Flood Impacts & Photos" section has for some stations. Obviously the worst of Florence is still to come for a lot people. Some may think they are way too high to get flooded, but really aren't.
