This was in the 10am CDT Sunday NHC discussion for what was then Tropical Depression Fourteen:

"The new NHC intensity forecast is
slightly higher than the previous advisory and again lies near the
ICON intensity consensus."

From the NHC model name file:
"nhc_techlist.dat" in the folder here:
http://ftp.nhc.noaa.gov/atcf/docs/

ICON is:

"Consensus of all: DSHP/LGEM/GHMI/HWFI (2016 version)"

The ICON model you mention is this one:
https://www.dwd.de/EN/research/weatherforecasting/num_modelling/01_num_weather_prediction_modells/icon_description.html

To see the text data of the ICON model the NHC is talking about you can check the model text data at HurricaneCity here:
http://hurricanecity.com/models/models.cgi?basin=al&year=2018&storm=14&display=model_text&latestrun=1

It is not mapped since coordinates do not come with it.

You can also view an Adobe Flash chart of it here (you have to click to enable Flash):
http://hurricanecity.com/models/models.cgi?basin=al&year=2018&storm=14&display=wind_diagram&latestrun=1
It is in the first diagram, "Early Cycle Models". You can click to add or remove all the models and then just add that one by clicking it's name.

I didn't know there was two different models with the same name.
