I haven't had a chance to watch yet, just getting caught up after putting up Christmas lights for over a week.
I also see Jeff Masters and Bob Henson's blog had some interesting information about some of this year's storms:

About a week and a half ago I was on I-10 and saw all the trees down along the road. In some brief spots there were areas where all the trees were simply snapped in half. They were still removing trees from along the side of the road. I even saw a small power convoy traveling. There were still road signs down as well as billboards destroyed. Also saw some blue tarps and some roof damage from I-10. That was as close as I got to the landfall point. Maybe I'll edit the video sometime and post it. |
