Barry made landfall as a hurricane according to NHC

I wasn't totally sure if it officially had based on the 1pm CDT advisory. They usually say it made landfall with winds of a certain speed. The tweet confirms it was a hurricane at landfall. Not a meaningful difference given the rain threat, but more for historical records.
