Avg.): 90 knots (104 mph) Peak (10 sec. Avg.) Flight Level Wind: 91 knots (105 mph) SFMR Peak (10s Avg.) Sfc. Wind: 83 knots (96 mph) Air Force recon through 12:42am AST.
