NOAA Recon

---

NW Quadrant:

Highest Flight Level Wind (30 sec. Avg.): 111 knots (128 mph)
Highest Peak (10 sec. Avg.) Flight Level Wind: 116 knots (134 mph)
Highest SFMR Peak (10s Avg.) Sfc. Wind: 112 knots (129 mph)

Next SFMR reading was 111 knots (128 mph) and that one was noted as suspect. That wind was where you expect the high wind, so I don't consider it suspect.

Center

951mb with 13 knots of surface wind, meaning likely a pressure of 950mb.

---

SE Quadrant:

Highest Flight Level Wind (30 sec. Avg.): 101 knots (116 mph)
Highest Peak (10 sec. Avg.) Flight Level Wind: 108 knots (124 mph)
Highest SFMR Peak (10s Avg.) Sfc. Wind: 101 knots (116 mph)

---

This might not even be the highest winds in this storm. They have not yet sampled the other quadrants.
