Recon starting to find the extreme winds in the significant levels

I can't stress enough that these are momentary winds. Maybe a half second measurement. They are not 1 minute sustained. These are not surface winds.

But they do indicate strengthening. And they have rapidly increased.

Surface (960mb) ... 116 knots (133 mph)
955mb ... 131 knots (151 mph)
925mb ... 168 knots (193 mph) ... 1,079 ft

This is more relevant though to the surface:

Average Wind Over Lowest Available 150 geopotential meters (gpm) of the sounding:
- Lowest 150m: 151 gpm - 1 gpm (495 geo. feet - 3 geo. feet)
- Wind Direction: 50 (from the NE)
- Wind Speed: 132 knots (152 mph)

There are some powerful winds nearly at the surface.
