Released at about 9:05pm EDT Friday:

Average Wind Over Lowest Available 150 geopotential meters (gpm) of the sounding:
- Lowest 150m: 156 gpm - 6 gpm (512 geo. feet - 20 geo. feet)
- Wind Direction: 180 (from the S)
- Wind Speed: 134 knots (154 mph)

The wind at the surface, 131 knots (151 mph), was a momentary wind of likely half a second. (not 1 minute sustained) But the above is the part of the sonde that averages the winds in that part of the drop from the plane that is nearest to the surface before the sonde drops into the ocean.
