In order they flew, from SW quadrant, through center, and into the NE quadrant where the highest winds were found.

946mb with 9 knots of wind, so likely 945mb. (about 12:36:03pm EDT landing in the water)

Highest Flight Level Wind (30 sec. Avg.): 132 knots (152 mph) Highest Peak (10 sec. Avg.) Flight Level Wind: 135 knots (155 mph) Highest SFMR Peak (10s Avg.) Sfc. Wind: 140 knots (161 mph)
In a row, these were the SMFR readings coming out of the eye:

The 10 second estimated surface wind (from the SFMR instrument) is the highest 10 second wind in the period of an individual ob in an HDOB, usually 30 seconds.
