The previous Air Force mission had for Highest SFMR Peak (10s Avg.) Sfc. Wind:

141 kts (162.3 mph)

This one had:

143 kts (164.6 mph)

And the NHC only went up to 150mph. And just checked NHC they stayed at 150mph.
