The HurricaneCity model and recon systems are now operating by downloading data from my site. NOAA continues to have issues.

For whatever reason, my site is working. I think it's by chance. I think it might depend on how the traffic is routed. I don't know a lot about servers though. I tried tracing the route to the NOAA site and it timed out.
