A 30mph difference for Carla is a lot. I didn't have a chance to read about those changes, but that seems like a lot for a storm close to land and having had some satellite imagery. Although I see you posted about some others that had similar downward adjustments. But I would have thought a storm like Carla would have had a better estimate before now.
