I do like the map, but I wish they had the old ones too. I like having things that are not on a dynamic map.

It's a little confusing to use that map. It took me a little bit to find watches and warnings. To get hazards, click "Select View". Then select "All hazardous conditions". Now they all load. Then you can click a spot where there are some. There's a lot in Louisiana and Texas right now so if you click there you might get many. To actually see them, you have to click the little map in icon to the bottom left of the text "All hazardous conditions". There is a little number. 0 if nothing there and if there are hazardous conditions, it tells you the number there is, of things like watches, warnings for example. Click that number and it shows you what each is. To view the actual text of what you want, then click the link under something like "Hurricane Warning". A little more info appears. Then click "Details". That opens a new page with the actual full text you want.

Or rather it usually would. It took like 20 seconds to load the alert. "Loading alerts..." was there until it finally appeared. It's not done yet, so I guess that is not ready for a lot of traffic yet.

To get to that "Select View" again, it is then the little double square icon in the upper left. Click that and you are back to selecting things, like "Radar station products". The map isn't well for me right now, but it also took like 20 seconds to load a bunch of dots you can click. Then you can select a lot of radar products. I clicked Mobile for example. That is KMOB. So I see that station identifier and next to it "BREF.RAW" which is base reflectivity. Then you can select other products. You can loop things in bottom left corner.

I wish that part wasn't so technical. They need to make that clearer how that works before they launch it. A lot of good info, but a little too technical still.
