A while back I was complaining (locally) about all the rain we had the previous month, mushrooms & lawn disease everywhere from so much moisture. Then I remembered what it was like to have ashes raining down on our home in summer 2011 https://droughtmonitor.unl.edu/Maps/ComparisonSlider.aspx & it kinda shut me up

seems like feast or famine though, for many places
