| There are a lot of SFMR estimated readings (10 second surface wind estimates) that are up to 40 knots (46mph) that are not marked as suspect, with one that is suspect as high as 49 knots (56mph). I would say that is enough for an upgrade at anytime. This is in the eastern quadrant where you would expect the higher winds.  |
