I guess still not different from what she said yesterday, the last part, about it being a voluntary evacuation. The planning in New Orleans on this, from just what I have seen, has been rather terrible, when it comes to the mayor's office at least. Hopefully other aspects of the government response and private sector preparation have been more competent. I haven't followed what's going on in that regard.
