I was a little surprised they released it the way they did, but maybe they wanted to show some support for science from the executive branch. Or just the project itself.

I had no idea it's been in development for so long. And some mighty cost overruns. But, the first image is out now. Sometimes it's worth it, and given the results, it was. Woo-hoo science! |
