As expected, more warm records. I guess I didn't pay too much attention to some of the west. It's often hot, with fires, but had more record heat than I realized.



In December, Jeff Masters and Bob Henson had an article about the warmth in November. It had some interesting temperature records around the world that occurred earlier in the year in the second half of the article:

Occasionally, the weather gets extremely cold. But overall, the climate warming continues. And lots of various extremes occur, like drought, flooding and fires for example. And it's not going to get better unfortunately. (or at least not anytime soon)
