I haven't had time to research it much, but really interesting when it comes to surge. Just a model, not official. I didn't want to post it earlier when it showed less surge for Tampa. But everyone should have evacuated by now.

Load previous advisories, maybe #11, not using much tablet, battery at 70%, when it came to landfall north of the bay. Surge varied a lot across Tampa Bay.

So a further north track would mean more surge for parts of Tampa Bay, but not equal rise everywhere.
