I guess uBlock Origin will not work in Chrome at some point. People will need to switch to the other version when Chrome makes whatever changes it is going to make. Or use another browser.
I use that stuff and Comodo for security.
I don't like personalized ads. It's just creepy. And sometimes it can be connected enough to send you an email when you visit a site that you just visited. That you didn't give your email to. I always set stuff to block everything I can usually. Or I just don't use a site.
I never thought about that private medical record being for insurance companies to look at. You wouldn't usually know what could be wrong on it that you are paying for. That should be something that is fixed in the future. For now, we can just hope that preexisting conditions continue to not stop someone from getting coverage.
