He called attention to the diving TUTT (trough) in the Gulf and NW Carribean (hostile conditions for tropical development there). The blob has appeared just beneath the trough where there appears to be a building upper level high. He mentioned that the trough (TUTT) will move west out of the Carribean proper and into the Gulf, thus helping to improve conditions in the Carribean. As he says, persistence is the key with this blob. |
