Hey Pointer, Good find on the article. We have been talking with fish guides near Carolina Beach, NC. Guides were reporting that the "spring tides" have just gone on and on. And that it has changed what species are biting right now. Said tides are high all the time--consistent with the article. And one of the shrimp sellers at the Raleigh Farmers market who bring fresh shrimp from the coast are perplexed as the "spring shrimp" are still running vs it usually is the brown "summer shrimp" by this time. He blamed it on "the way the water is running high" like the tides. Further--"on the spot" reporting.
