Mike: The area which I was referring is along the North Carolina coast-- Carolina Beach area--along the intercoastal waterway.South of Wilmington,NC. (Yah know-- Cape Fear area!! tee hee)
The shrimp come from the Morehead City, NC area-- on an inlet north of Wilmington on the NC coast-- Atlantic Beach area. If that helps in location, location, location!!

And I find your cooler, not as much wind theory very interesting-- as this area is adjacent to the Gulf Stream.
