Bobbi/JAC,

In the 8 yrs I have lived in Charleston, this has to be the coolest.  There - or so it seemed - were very few of the typical OPPRESSIVE days, where you walk out at 0630 and crank on the AC in the car cuz it is 82 already.

In my opinion, a true Charleston Summer never arrived.  It went from Mid-May to Late-September here.  I do not expect snow anytime soon, but I also do not expect to still have leaves on the trees until Thanksgiving, either (as per the norm).

I would say, true date here...?  Mid October.

Greg

(....and I didn't even mention anything remotely controversial concerning AGW/CC!  Koodo's to me for passing up on the low-fruit!)
