I agree, the block could reform later and with a resurgence of GOM/Carib moisture, we could still get a couple heavy-duty nor'easters.
If the pattern persists into the spring, we could also see some strong tornado outbreaks.
Most likely along the GOM coast and SE CONUS.
Need to see how it pans out into early summer.
Could be a setup for some GOM TC's that could jump into the Atlantic and ride up the coast.
But, that is way far out - just speculation at this point.
