No joke guys. At 388 parts per million we may have already passed the tipping point.
You know those days when we all know here that a storm is going to take out a town and someone from that town posts how he or she is just going to weather it out?
All the coastline on Earth now seems to me like that town.
Almost one foot of global sea level rise is coming just from the Pine Island Glacier by itself over the next century. Multiply that surge by at least a factor of ten because there are many other glaciers.

Wind turbines and cleaner (LFTR) designs for nuclear plants could not only replace our fossil fuels, but may even multiply our current global power supplies.
IMHO, at this hour, today, the CIA should arrest the board members heading all the major sellers of fossil fuels around the the globe and begin to build alternative power plants. It is getting to the point where it is a matter of national security. They have committed a crime against humanity. They know of the coming storm.
And if the fossil fuel corporations board members do not know then it still does not matter because manslaughter is still a crime.
Maybe I am just dreaming here, but I would wait no more. I'd simply arrest the oil company board members before they can put up a fight or hide.
All scientific evidence suggests that the oil corporations most likely threaten our nation, and our world. Seriously folks, Global Warming may even kill some of us.
If so, why let them kill us? It's against the law to sell products that kill people, so I'd have them arrested.
And lock up all those people who make those stupid ads promoting more fossil fuels too.... |
