| Australia says Cat 3 which equals CAT 1 here in the U.S.?????????? i;m still trying to grasp how other meteological agencies abroad categorize Tropical Cyclones intensities. I actually tyhought Ului was a Cat 2 by NHC standards right before landfall............. |
