The other really glaring observation is LL Winds

| The ITCZ is really living up to its name. Very strong low-level convergence west of Africa. Surface winds smash together around 40W. If this pattern persists; almost any wave that comes off the coast will have a good chance to spin up, if SAL stays low.  |
