Was this post necessary? I see very few people posting a "dotted line" with "100 dollar high tech words" on here. Most folks post the same sat. pics etc. as you do. Honestly, through last year and the beginning of this year it seems everyone must succumb to your vast treasure basket of knowledge. As a matter of fact, this board has pretty much become your audience in the last couple of years. I'm sorry but of all the weather boards I am protective and respectful of this one.
I remember when you first started posting here, your insight to "Theta E" and it's effects on development. You jump on every wave that has a potential to develop, post every single thought you have on it, sometimes 30 or 40 times, and when one does you need to post something like this because someone intelligently challenged you? You say that the NHC is faulted because they don't know what's going on? I will take them over your Cat 5 generator any day. I can almost guarantee that they are right more than you are. And if you're wrong and people die it's just another post. They have to make these decisions and I think they do have a clue. The JWTC and the NHC have two separate and distinct responsibilities. Comparing the two is ridiculous and if you think the science between the two is somehow skewed, you really don't understand the science.
IMO you are the one that posts plenty of "100 dollar high tech words". I am insulted that you think people on this board are just a bunch of clueless wishcasters. I frequent several boards and the folks here are some of the brightest and intellectual I have ever come across, including yourself.
I am quite surprised by this post by you. I have always respected your insight, it's quite obvious you're passionate and have spent the time to educate yourself. But there are other ideas and opinions which may get lost in your posting fury. Please understand this is not an attack on you or your contributions here. My opinions mean squat. I just think you need to pull the horse up for a moment and let him get a drink. |
