It's good to get the data, my concern is that the people that it is affecting were fully prepared that they are getting a high 2, borderline 3 possibly and not sure how high the terrain is there but the upper level winds are stronger than at the surface, they are measuring very strong winds that have not worked their way down completely to the surface...
