| Maybe the percentages should not be well publicized. They should have made that an experimental addition this year. It took awhile, but about an hour after the TWO came out TWC mentioned on air that the chances went up to 60%. That does only confuse people since it made no difference to those in the path whether it was an actual depression or not, the system was there. But, there is benefit to see when the percentages do go up or down some, like the system in the western Carib. Its chances were medium today, but we saw it go from 50% to 30%. It helped to see what the NHC was thinking rather easy in that way. |
