more evidence of oil on Galveston beaches

They can hardly blame the oil sludge stuck to water plants washing ashore on "being carried in a ship's bilge" any longer.  But the PR spin continues:  "Galveston's beaches are clean, safe, and open," Galveston Mayor Joe Jaworski said.  The reporter (and parent) who chose to have the little kid on the beach pose holding the toxic spew should be flogged...
