Looks like the wobble is due to vortex tilting.

As this intensifies, the core needs to expand.

In order to do that, it has to tilt in the short term.  

That is why the wobble.

I don't see any 200mb vorticity close by that would cause a dipole to setup between the two.

So, this looks like a real wobble and not a track shift.
