| Earl is in a very friendly environment for RI. This is a indication of what a proper aligned storm can do, and the environment favors these conditions.The water temps north of PR is very hot. This storm can really bomb out within the next 12-24 hours. I hope people were prepared on the islands. This could be Cat 4 or possibly 5. |
