It is all about the timing and strength, Earl will have with the approaching trough. It could possibly be more of of a threat to the Northeast than NC. Who really knows where its going to hit now. So most areas will gamble and see what happens. The Quote from the movie Jaws " You gonna close the beaches Martin" who you think is going to win at first.
