Opening the door for Gaston.

Unfortunately, it acts as a block and if it moves NW, it will force Gaston to head into the Carib.

Need to see if the TUTT anchors in the Bahamas or not.

If it does, it could be a recipe for disaster down the road.

A little bit of shear could be helpful to drive MCS convection and fire up the core; as long as it is under 15 knots.
