I dont get this talk of this being dead or not developing & what not.. Its Sept 23, primetime as I like to call it.. there is a system & the Caribbean looking healther by the hour.. NHC is giving it a 80% shot at being a tropical cyclone soon.. most if not all models are showing that there will be a system in the western Caribbean in the days ahead that might possibly be heading northerly no less...I don't get it ? ] |
