PV Analysis

Looking at 315K PV forecast, a well defined vortex develops west of Jamaica in 72 hrs at 20N 82W.

Per GFS, this is a continuation of Mathew's core.

In fact, the LLC may be caught up in the east-side of a monsoon gyre developing over the region.

Track takes it to a Tampa Landfall in 126 hrs.

I only see this up to 320K so it may not be all that strong.
