Power Finally Back On. Raining Cats and Dogs Again

Power went out last night.....difficult to sleep being I'm a "fan person", but did manage to get in 4 or so hours before being awakened at 4am by thunder (and amazingly the power came back on only a minute or two after my awakening!)
ILM airport shows we picked up another 0.50" between 8 and 11pm. Lull since then til now. It appears we got around 10" during the calendar day Monday; will post some official data for the area later today. It's raining hard again but this line should pass fairly quickly, allowing us another lull before that stuff off the S.C. coast makes it up here later on.
More concerning is that Caribbean potential. We need another 6-10" of rain like we need a hole in the head. Creeks and ponds are full up; there's no room for another deluge.
Still a question as to how close to the coast (or even inland) our new system will track, but a nor'easter of some sort is expected Will be keenly interested in the models later today.
