Hanna,
I read that because some of the worst hit areas were cut off in communication and travel-- they were word of mouth reports-- and that some of the people were later located.
The first reports were of 2 people killed in a car that went over the side off a road in a mudslide.
It's so hard on these people who don't have much to suffer through this. Rain is the hardest--and the most killing-- not the winds-- like Jim always says.
