What are the "Inner Banks"? I've never heard of them.
As for snow in Wilmington, NC; perhaps a dusting at the end of the event, but this should be a mainly cold rain event for the coast.
The Sandhills, Piedmont, I-95 corridor, etc. should get a few inches; a nice treat for them.
