call me skeptical but.... did they upgrade it to make it seem such an Act of God (sick phrase) to make them less responsible for the aftermath with regard to Nuclear Meltdowns and fall out of having to rebuild energy grid?
Mind you I know they get reviewed, was waiting to see what the final result was...
Just there has been much discussion in some circles and a lot written that the 35 Hurricane was a very strong 4 but no real data for it to be a 5 but Washington views a Cat 5 as an "act of god" and no one can be responsible
And, Yes... I know Jim and everyone their clothes were ripped off of their bodies and trains were swept away, etc, etc but all of that would have and could have happened in a very strong 4 or even a solid 4.. especially in that time when few were prepared and did not evacuate and could not in most cases.
Just saying... skeptical and would like to see how the US Geological weighs in
