FIM is showing the ULL in the Carib quickly dissipating.

A new ULL is forecast to form off the SC coast and move east.

That will create an UL High to the south of it; ideal for a system to spin up.

FIM has this in the Bahamas and tracking along the Gulf-Stream.

GFS is showing a broad UL ridge with axis over Cuba as well.
