Very good post BobbiStorm. The last time Tampa had any tropical action was in 2004, and Jacksonville well ranks with never.

The people moving in and out of Florida yearly is the highest in the US. Most people have no clue and the ones that do, won't leave unless its the last minute.

My conclusion is Tampa,or Jacksonville will one day be in the news as the biggest lose of life ever for a hurricane.
