| Main problem is shear ahead and lack of anticyclone aloft. However, if it can remain at WNW 15-20mph might help the system, as a shear is forecast to become east 20kts in gulf.. We have something trying to work down towards the surface, but with the current upper pattern around the system any development will be minimal. |
