Con - doomed

A man turned up at our local jail and claimed to be a painter. He offered to do portraits of all the inmates. He was obviously a con artist.

Let's have a look around the prison: a contour.

Inmates have a system of exchange: concurrency.

They also write songs: converse.

What the electrician blew to get in jail: confuse.

Trust in an inmate: confide.

Shall I go on? continue.

The electricity in the Chair is, of course, concurrent.

All prisoners living on large land masses are continents.

Singer "Gill", after sentencing, will be convinced.

We should be put in the pen for these puns, they are all so contrived.

What prisoners read: Context

Where they sleep at a prison camp: Contents

Breath mints for prisoners: Concerts

What every prisoner must pass: Contest.

All prisoners, collectively: Condom

The path a convict leaves: contrail.
